A winter wonderland edit from Emma Willis at Next

Emma Willis

Prepare for party season with Emma Willis’s handy capsule collection. With glamorous evening outfits, gift inspo and a generous side-helping of cosy winter staples, it’s got you covered this festive period!

This latest range for Next also sees Emma introduce delicate jewellery for the first time. She’s designed simple pieces that work well on their own for everyday wear and layered up with other accessories for nights out.

“I think finding the one piece of jewellery that you love, that you can wear with everything, is completely essential!”

Party outfits for every event

Classic and timeless style underpins every Emma Willis Collection. What better way to achieve this than with sleek black?

Emma’s signature jumpsuits and co-ords come sleeveless and strappy for evening events, while a new jacquard print features in trousers and Emma’s take on the season’s “little black dress”. It’s understated elegance at its best, but with all the potential for glamming up.

Simply add gold jewellery and a red lip for instant Hollywood style, or try silver accessories with a deep plum lip colour for modern-day edge.

Emma’s favourite is this “tuxe jumpsuit – an easy one to just throw on and wear to any event.”

Good things in little packages

The winter collection includes Emma’s debut jewellery range: delicate gold-plated sterling silver necklaces, rings and earrings. They’re instant classics, the kind of pieces that you can put on and never take off – subtle enough to suit work and casual clothes, or sitting alongside other statement jewellery on a night out.

We love the delicate star motif, which comes in both a pendant and on a ring. Either are a great gift for a loved one in your life…or for adding an extra twinkle to your own winter wardrobe!

“They’re no fuss, because it has to be easy,” Emma explains. As a busy woman herself she wanted to create pieces that would go with daytime and evening outfits – one less thing to worry about if you’ve got a couple of busy months coming up.

Wrapping up for winter outside and in

The rest of the range covers just about everything you need for winter – whether you’re at work, out on wintry walks, or snuggling in with the family. “Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day is family time,” says Emma, “so I wear pyjamas, casual trackies and Christmas jumpers!”
Wrap up warmly with a good coat – Emma’s chosen an edgy aviator-style jacket and a long padded khaki number to feature in the capsule range.

Most importantly they’ll allow room for chunky knits to fit underneath, one of Emma’s key critera with a coat and something that brought out the challenges of designing her first cold-weather range.

“I think winter is trickier. In the summer, depending on where you are, you don’t have to wear as much but in the winter you have to layer everything.”

The knits themselves can be dressed up or down – they’re perfect for throwing on over Emma’s latest pyjamas (in a gorgeous dusky pink) on Christmas morning. Choose from neutral beige colours or deep jewel tones for a pop of colour.

Behind the scenes of it all are Emma’s soft nightwear and lingerie. The m idnight blue velvet underwear is right on trend for this season – whether you prefer proper pyjamas, a stylish wrap robe or simple bra-and-knickers, there’s something here for you.

As with all of Emma’s collections to date, everything is designed for comfort and style, made to mix-and-match seamlessly, and all available in sizes 6-22.
