Christmas carols at the New Room

This December, the New Room team invites you to join them at four very special carol services.

Lunchtime carol service – Wednesday 15 December, 1pm

Their lunchtime carol service is a great chance to meet up with friends for a Christmas celebration.

There will be music from their Community Choir, readings, and a chance to sing traditional and contemporary carols to celebrate the Christmas Story.

Carols by candlelight – Wednesday 15 December, 5pm

Later on the same day,  they will illuminate the chapel with candlelight, and invite you join them to celebrate the Christmas story in the building where Charles Wesley’s famous Christmas hymn “Hark the Herald Angels Sing” was originally sung in the 18th Century. The service will have readings as well as traditional and contemporary carols for everyone to enjoy. The perfect service to invite a friend to, or take the family along as part of your Christmas celebrations.

All are welcome to these services. There is no need to book in advance, just turn up. The New Room team hope to see you there.

Christians at Bristol Pride – carol service, Saturday 18 December, 4:30pm
