The Works on The Horsefair is partnering with Barnardo’ s to give you the opportunity to donate new and pre-loved items that will help support children and families across the UK.

Their store is equipped with a donation bin where you can drop off any new or pre-loved books, games, toys, or stationery. Barnardo’s will then collect and repurpose to ensure all items make a difference. By donating, you’re not just decluttering – you’re giving your unwanted treasures a second chance to be loved by someone else or resold to change a life.

What you can donate

You can donate brand new or pre-loved, good-quality items such as books, games, toys, and stationery. The only items excluded are clothing, homeware, electricals, diaries and calendars. Jigsaws, pens, and pencils must be unused and in sealed packaging.
