This autumn, itsu are encouraging us to ditch sandwiches and go gyoza. They have recently increased their range of these delicious dumplings, which are bursting with authentic Asian-inspired fillings, guaranteed to deliver a fresh taste of Japanese cuisine every time. Chicken & spring onion, vegetable fusion, king prawn and pork & truffle gyoza are all available now and there is an additional festive gyoza coming soon!
October’s bento of the month
Available until 5 November, Salmon Crunch is bento of the month at itsu.
Priced at £5.49, it comprises sashimi grade Atlantic salmon nigiri, omega 3- rich salmon & avo rolls topped with wasabi mayo, teriyaki sauce and crispy onions.
You’ll find itsu on the corner of Broadmead and Penn Street in Bristol Shopping Quarter. Their gyoza are also available in the freezer section of several major supermarkets and you’ll find some easy-to-prepare recipes on their website to help you get the best from them.
