Lantern making workshop at the New Room
Join Bristol Women Voices and the Lamplighter Arts CIC on Tuesday 10 December at the John Wesley’s New Room for a Lantern Making Workshops for Carers.
Each of you will create a placard-style lantern with your personal message about care.
What to expect:
Work with Bristol’s very own LampLighter Artists who will teach you how to create a 2D illuminated lantern.
Connect with other women/carers.
Explore what care means to you & them together.
Your humour, disappointment, fierceness, sorrow, rage, wild imagination of a better world, your creativity, your asks and demands are welcome.
Coffee/tea and biscuits.
All materials provided, no previous experience needed.
