Executive Head Chef, Bjoern Wassmuth and Head Chef Rhys Grayson have created a range of menus that showcase Mittel- European cuisine alongside German classics inspired by Bjoern’s German heritage.
The bar, a destination in its own right, offers a range of signature & creative cocktails, alongside a broad selection of local and German beers.
Monday to Friday open all day from noon until 10pm serving the a la carte menu.
Saturday open 11am until 4:45pm serving the brunch menu
Saturday evening open from 5.30pm until 10pm serving the a la carte menu.
