Lockdown hair

Having been instructed to stay at home for the past few weeks, many of us are now becoming woeful about our lockdown hair and wondering when we’ll be able to get a trim or colour.

Fear not, Bristol Shopping Quarter’s indie hairdressers are there for you (virtually, of course).

Mark, Barber Brown himself, is offering free online consultations every Thursday and Friday throughout lockdown; whether you need some advice on how to deal with your fringe or some product recommendations, he is happy to help. Email broadmead@barberbrown.com to book.

Cococheno on Nelson Street have put some haircare blogs on their website, including these great tips to maintain your hair during isolation.

And Chloe and her team at EK Hair in The Arcade have set up The Hair Hub on their YouTube channel where you’ll find tips and tricks for tackling any hair drama.

Finally, if you can’t wait any longer and need to panic dye (we’ve been there and feel your pain) Boots, Savers and Superdrug have great ranges of box kits that can be ordered online for home delivery.
