Vegetables are the star of the show on the new vegan menu at the Second Floor Restaurant, Harvey Nichols Bristol.
Veg out at Harvey Nichols Bristol
Whether you are a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or already a devoted vegan, Harvey Nichols have got a brand new vegan menu full of the most delicious picks of green goodness for you to try.
To send you on a quest of experimentation, their chefs have been working hard to bring you a meal so good, you’ll forget there’s no meat involved. From aromatic chickpea, beetroot and dill fritters with soya yoghurt tzatziki to a potato and coconut bonda with tamarind-spiced chickpeas, pilaf rice and a coriander and mint dressing, vegan food is about to top your list of foodie favourites.
Desserts and wine
They have, of course, kept the best for last, so all the vegan sweet treats are as indulgent as you’d expect from Harvey Nichols. Between creamy soya milk rice pudding on sour cherry compôte to a chocolate and avocado sponge with chocolate frosting, the choice of which to go for is a tough one.
To complete your vegtastic meal, their sommeliers have sourced the finest vegan wines from around the world. The options include a sparkling La Dillettante Brut, a white French Riseling and a red Italian Primitivo.
