Spot the three-metre Grandfather Clock standing proudly in the heart of Cabot Circus, guiding you towards the magic to begin your Santa O’Clock adventure.

Meet the makers of Christmas time

The journey starts in the Clockmaker’s Workshop with Pendleton and Tockington the Elves, and their owl Tickety Twoo, as they invite families to help restore the magic of kindness and belief.

A wish, a visit, a keepsake

Then step into Santa and Wishes, where you’ll meet Santa and his helper Cogsie beside the eight-foot Wishmas Clock. Little ones can create their own Time for a Wish craft and take home a cuddly Christmas keepsake.

Moments to treasure

Families can also capture the moment with souvenir photos and keepsakes, from baubles to snow globes, available to pre-buy online or on the day. Accessibility is built in with regular and SEND friendly sessions, making sure everyone can share the joy.

Their quieter SEND sessions take place on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, featuring reduced volume and capacity to create a calmer, more comfortable environment where every family can enjoy the magic in a way that suits their needs.
