Following the success of the first three events in 2016, 2017, and 2018, the Tour of Broadmead static cycle challenge is returning to Bristol Shopping Quarter for the fourth time in the summer of 2021 when we will once again raise money for eight different charities.
This year’s Tour of Broadmead will take place from Saturday 31 July to Saturday 7 August.
Each day we will be trying to replicate a stage of the Tour of Britain, with two static bikes in operation from 11am until 3pm. The charities will man one bike and we’re looking for volunteers to join them – if you can help, please email email@example.com to say what day and time you would like to do – we’re booking half hour time slots, the final one starting at 2:30pm each day.
The Tour of Broadmead is inspired by The Tour of Britain, which this year takes place from 5 to 12 September. The event is organised by Broadmead Bristol BID (Business Improvement District) and supported by PureGym Union Gate and The Galleries.
