Treetop Golf announces December opening
Treetop Golf has announced that it will be opening its brand new immersive mini golf attraction at Bristol’s Cabot Circus on Tuesday 17 December.
The venue will feature two 18-hole indoor courses, with five unique zones on each trek. Each zone promises to take guests on a journey to uncover unique landmarks and meet memorable characters. Explorers will also get the chance to take on the Bonus 19th hole – offering all players the chance to win a free game if they score a hole in one.
Spending over £2.5 million on the fit out, the destination will provide guests with a complete sensory experience, with vibrant visuals, dynamic audio, and for the first time – forest aromas. Founded in 2015, Bristol marks Treetop’s sixth destination, and one their thrilled to be finally bringing to the people of Bristol.
General Manager Roo Collins explained:
“Bristol’s always been close to our hearts. There’s nowhere else like it, and now that we’re here, we’re so excited to bring an experience that matches the city’s fun, adventurous spirit.”
Their latest site will feature a host of brand new holes and zones including; ‘The Grand Hive’. This ‘Tropical Trail’ zone features the hole ‘Honey Bee Heights’ – which encourages guests to keep your wits and wings about you as you take your final shots.
Elsewhere, be on the lookout for ‘Creekfest’ – nestled within the ‘Tree Frog Creek’ zone – where players will find a rip-roaring atmosphere within the rainforest’s most iconic music festival.
There’ll be plenty of local nods on the courses too, including on the ‘Ancient Explorer’ course with the ‘Toucans of The West’ hole. Nestled in the Toucan Temple Zone the hole pays homage to a very famous Bristol landmark.
Also new for Bristol is the arrival of ‘The Toucan Lounge’ – a private events room inspired by the music scene of Bristol – ideal for kids’ parties and adult celebrations.
Other Treetop feature holes to lookout for include ‘The Sniping Viper’ – an ancient spirit and needlessly sarcastic serpent. ‘Mabel The Monkey’ – a legendary monarch idolised by her subjects. The only way to her heart? Jammie Dodgers and Love Hearts.
As well as their totally unique mini golf experience, Treetop will boast an impressive food and drink offering, with three vendors in The Market area – the heart and soul of the Treetop village.
Serving up handmade bases and sauces, Pizza Cabana will provide the perfect street-food snack for golfers on the go, whilst The Thirsty Toucan bar and the Jungle Buzz Café will provide cocktails, craft beers, coffees and more, with local suppliers including Clifton Coffee, New Bristol Brewery and Left Handed Giant.
Treetop is welcome for everyone, offering an ideal solution for group sessions of students, date nights and family days out, plus they’ll be hosting monthly quiet sessions to support neurodivergent guests.
