Join the love movement at Harvey Nichols

Mr Jago’s Love Movement exhibition launches at Harvey Nichols Bristol with an evening of food and art at the Second Floor Restaurant.
Celebrating the transformative power of love through a collection of motion driven artwork, the Second Floor Restaurant will be transformed into a showcase of Mr Jago’s signature colour focused abstract art. The Love Movement exhibition will include original paintings, sculptural porcelain pieces and giclee prints, some of which will be hand finished exclusively for Harvey Nichols.
Launching on 17 October, guests can be the first to view the showcase while enjoying a cocktail and a three-course menu inspired by the artwork, along with an introduction by Mr Jago. The evening will also include DJ sets and the opportunity to meet the artist.
Duncan Jago’s career as Mr Jago evolved from an intense interest in graffiti art. This fascination with graffiti led him to study illustration in Bristol at the University of the West of England. Over the last 20 years, Mr Jago’s work has developed progressively toward abstraction. Heavily influenced by the colours and movement of the natural world, Mr Jago’s colour focused, automatic painting has established him as one of the UK’s most respected abstract expressionist painters.
Each guest will be welcomed with a complimentary and exclusive goody bag created by Mr Jago.
